Waist Not Want Not

So I am the first one to admit that I am not the most active exercise conscious person, but having two different people question if my post baby pouch was signs of a "new" one coming instead of the reality that I need to start to do something so for the new year I have given up sugar-just Monday-Friday and am starting to do yoga once a week (hey this may seem like baby steps, but since a baby caused the original problem- I am pacing myself) So far since startin this in the beginning of January I have lost five pounds (8 to go). So if anyone has wanted to try to lose some extra pounds-try cutting out your sugar intake an see what happens.
